Quikr.com is a famous online portal, where you can
buy or sell anything by posting free ads. They have introduced a new feature
known as “Quikr NXT” to serve their customers better. It is really a cool feature and user friendly. You can connect with prospective buyers or sellers through
chat across Quikr's mobile app, mobile site and even its desktop site. This
feature has transformed India's online classifieds market as it enables users
to communicate with each other at their convenience and request more details
about the product or service, without requiring a single phone call. It is
definitely very fast and hassle free as compared to conventional phone call method.
If given an option to choose between the two, I would definitely
prefer chat to telephonic conversation. There are many reasons for it and here
I’m listing my top 3 reasons for the same:
Privacy, Time and Cost Saving
The first and the foremost feature that I'm inspired is the
Privacy that comes along with the newly launched chat feature. We can interact
with prospective buyers and sellers directly via chat, without ever revealing
our number. Since our phone number is not revealed, we can get rid of those
unnecessary calls throughout the day. Its such a hassle free method as we will
not be disturbed by large number of unknown calls inquiring about the product.
In the CHAT option we can reply to all the messages at our own convenience
without any disturbance to others. Since this feature is available both on
mobile as well as desktop, it can be used anytime, anywhere. It definitely
saves lot of time as well as cost as we needn’t call number of prospective
sellers for inquiry, we can just send a CHAT message to all

The second feature that I'm inspired is the CHAT History. All the
conversations that take place will automatically be recorded and will be
available anytime. As a result of this there are no chances of
miscommunications or prospective buyer or seller changing their word at a later
date. Whenever we require any specification details, we can just check the chat
history and get all the information that was discussed. Also, in case if we are
inquiring about the same product from number of prospective sellers, we can
compare it easily by looking at their chat history
Instant Photo Sharing and
Deal
The third feature that I'm inspired is the instant photo sharing
that we can do and get all the information required regarding the product. All
are queries can be handled then there and we can finalise the deal instantly.
Payment method, shipment, address etc all can be dealt with immediately. There
is no waiting period for sending or receiving photos, accounts details or for
any other purpose.
To sum it up, I just love this new feature. It has made buying and
selling a lot more fun with NO FIKAR. CHAT QUIKR.
