Qeema Naashte Ka

An easy and tasty dish, can be had for breakfast, or as side dish for lunch or dinner...




Ingredients:
Minced meat/ Qeema - 1/4 kg
Onion - 1 medium size, finely sliced
Green chillies - 3, finely chopped
Potato/ turai/any vegetable of choice - optional
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil

Method:
In a kadhai heat oil, add the onions and saute till slightly brown
Add the green chillies
Add qeema and fry till all water dries up and qeema changes colour
Sprinkle cumin seeds and mix
Mix together garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and salt with little water and add it to the above mixture
Add the vegetables, if any, at this time and saute for 2-3 minutes

Add water and simmer till all the water dries up or till it is done
