Turri - Dry Fruit Sorbet

Ingredients:
Almonds - 5, blanched and skin removed
Dried dates - 1, blanched and seed removed
Coconut - 1 inch, dessicated
Cashews - 3
Pistachios - 2
Walnuts - 1
Raisins - 8-10
Melon seeds - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Sooji - 1 tbsp
Cloves - 2
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Method:
Chop all the dry fruits into slices and blend it into a fine paste using little water

In a pot heat ghee, add the cloves and let it splutter

Add 2 1/2 cups of water

Add sugar and sooji. Stir and let it come to a boil

Lower the flame and add the dry fruits paste and stir. Bring it to a boil

Simmer for 5-6 minutes

Place it in serving glass/bowl, add a dash of ghee (optional) and serve
