Qeema Pakoda

Ingredients:
Minced meat/Qeema - 1/2 cup
Gram flour/besan - 1/2 cup
Onion - 2 tbsp, chopped finely into very small pieces
Potatoes - 2 tbsp, chopped finely into very small pieces
Green chillies - 4-5, crushed, adjust according to taste
Garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Baking soda - a pinch
Coriander leaves - a bunch, chopped
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying

Method:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients mentioned except oil with little water into a smooth batter. The batter must be little runny but not too much runny

Mix well for around 5 minutes
Now heat oil in a kadhai, and deep fry the pakodas till they turn golden brown by adding few at a time and turning them occasionally till they are evenly done
Remove and place it on paper towel to remove extra oil
Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup
