Mango Lassi

Ingredients:
    Ripe mangoes - 1 cup, peel and chopped
    Yoghurt - 1 cup
    Milk - 1/2 cup
    Sugar - 2 tbsp or as required
    Cardamom powder - a pinch (optional)
    Crushed ice - as required

Method:
In a mixer, blend the mangoes, yoghurt, milk and sugar

Add cardamom and ice and blend again
Add water to adjust the consistency as desired
Serve in large glass
